To cancel an Order you can drop us an email at email@example.com or contact our customer support at 0124-459966/4597666. You will be required to provide your order number and order details at the time of cancellations.
Terms of cancellation :
If your order hasn't shipped: In case your order hasn't shipped, your cancellation request will be granted immediately and refunds will be carried out as per our Refund Policy.
After submitting the cancellation request, we'll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address on your account.
If your order has shipped: In case your order has been dispatched from our end but hasn't been delivered to you. You can submit a request for cancellation but it will be only processed after confirmation from the concerned 'Courier' Company and as per the 'Courier' Company policy.
A refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you're still contacted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
If your order consists of multiple shipments, then please mention the item(s) you wish to cancel.
Out of stock or non availability itemsOur sales team confirms stock availability, immediately after you place an order. In case you have placed an order for item/items that is/are not available for a certain period, you will be informed accordingly. You can ask for cancellations and a refund will be carried out as per our refund policy
